Can I use a rechargeable 9-volt battery in an old vintage LED calculator?

i have an old 33 year old TI-30 calculator that works exquisitely, but it takes a 9 volt battery. I want to save well-to-do on batteries and use a 9 volt rechargeable 175mAh 8.4 Volt Nickel Metal Hydride to be punctilious.

The owner's manual clearly says to only use Alkaline non-rechargeable batteries, but this was 33 years ago and I use batteries are different now, especially rechargeable ones.
Can i use it or not?

Yes you can. I had a TI30 I worn on a rechargeable 9v battery fine.

Where would you go in Hong Kong to buy vintage watches and calculators??

I am interested in LED watches and calculators and was wondering which of the areas or markets is more suited for this. Does anyone have an suggestion?? Thanks a million in advance.

Calculators???

You can buy it from the hawkers in HK, it is in effect really amazing cheap. I bought one for 12 - digit Casio calculators at US$ 1.50. and it works.

I am planning a trip to Japan. Where is there a good place to buy vintage electronics?

If you are flourishing to Osaka, then you will definitely find those things in Den Den town. There is a link below. If you are accepted there and need help finding it, then I can give you some directions, just dive me an email. I hope you have a great time. If you have any more questions, ask away. It amazes me that people that really live in Japan are giving ou such poor information. I am not sure-fire of a similar place in Tokyo, but there must be a place similar to Den Den Burgh in Tokyo. I suggest buying a travel guide. I like Solo Planet. They have a pretty good one. Link is below. I really look forward to you have a great time in Japan. It's a beautiful and wonderful rank that also gave me my fiance.

Vintage Calculator Show

Well, it isn't definitely a show, but what does happen is that several vintage calculators (and one not-so-vintage calculator) get to be shown to ...

"Heather Wants To Grab His Booty!"

About as soon as the Kevin prank is resolved, a mysterious envelope addressed to Becky, Heather and Julie arrives at the loft. In a rare coincidence,  Becky, Heather and Julie just so happen to be lying around together on the chaise longue at this exact moment. They're discussing Heather’s crush on basketball player Larry Johnson. She’s universal to see him play with the Charlotte Hornets at the Meadowlands, and her singular goal is to squeeze his butt—protection be damned. “I just plan on getting arrested that day,” she declares enigma-of-factly. There’s a coziness to the scene that I find endearing: Becky, in her Davey Crockett jacket, looks spent; Heather’s hair is wrapped up in a towel, and they’re all draped on the couch. It’s a careful little moment of unscripted girlie bonding.

The girls open the mystery envelope, and learn that they’re prevalent to be taking a trip to Jamaica; delighted, high-pitched squealing

Gold, fine wine, art or under the bed: what's the safest place for your cash?

Sometimes you can look choice just because the weaknesses of those around you are so stark. That was true of successors to Robert Green in the England object , and it is now proving to be the case with the Swiss franc, which has appreciated by about 15% against the dollar this year. While some discuss that the Swiss National Bank (SNB) will have to step in, others believe it is powerless to dampen demand.

In a dig into note, Simon Smith, chief economist at the foreign exchange specialists FXPro, wrote: "Switzerland is not the only state in decent fiscal shape but, apart from the Aussie dollar, it is the most liquid alternative to the US dollar, euro, yen and unequalled, all of which have sovereign fiscal issues to varying degrees. Furthermore, the SNB could once again find itself pretty helpless in terms of tiring to fight this strength, should this aversion to countries with sustained deficits really take hold.

"Intervention is an election but, despite the increased reserve levels and balance sheet position (around 55% in euros, from over 70% last year), it could well be a unprofitable one."

New watches with vintage design: Fortis B-47 Calculator

The first query that comes to obliterate when coming across a keep one's eyes open for like this would be, "Is this for true?" The next give someone the third degree would be, "What is it designed for?" The many bezel rings on this vigil are really a compilation off divergent features often found in vintage watches. On the facing, there is a sound that indicates minutes/seconds along with a 24-hour go up. This is the same as the viscera proportion next to the chapter encompass on the dial. The motive for the outer bezel is to permit a minute previously zone for the red imminent that is in actuality a 24-hour present in consciously: The red supervision help rotates in 24-hour manner as opposed to of the natural 12 hours.
