Is there anyway to make color pencil shiny?

I am representation a picture of a girl and she is wearing lip gloss. Is there anyway to make my color pencil look shimmery? Thanks.
Is there any good metallic pencils out there? What is your favorite?

I unprejudiced answered your other question. Look at the shape of the highlights and use many colors for that area. To make it shiny, burnish with Caucasian.

What's the purpose of a white color pencil?

I be aware that a white color pencil could be used fine on black paper, but what are some of the substantial techniques that one could use the white for with other colors for drawings like landscapes, portraits, etc..? Tyvm!

It can be for highlights, doing remember such as the whiteness in someones eye, and adding them to other colors to create a distinguishable, and lighter color.

Be warned though, white is not always the best tool to use highlights with. An lesson would be if you we're doing highlights in brown hair. You would must likely use blonds, and peradventure reds to do highlights, not white. Unless they have gray locks :)

You can use it for a variety of ways, just experiment, and see what works! Have fun black-and-white :p

whats the best way to color eyebrows with a pencil ?

my eyebrows aren't shaped the way i would like them. what's some admonition on shaping them and filling them in the way i want? should i use a lighter color? pencil or liquid?

use a pencil and along sure it is ALWAYS sharp.
use light strokes when you're fillin in/making up your eyebrows so it looks the most spontaneous.
Try to get a color that is the same shade as your eyebrows.
Lighter/darker would depend on your haircolor / skintone.

Stringing the Flower Petals (Color Pencil)

I am one of several women with efflorescence stalls lining the road in front of the house of God.  I modify the buds into strings and garlands for be devoted to and adornment. Although I have several personal types of flowers for marketing, jasmine is the top seller. I cut off mozham lengths (as stately between my wrist and elbow) of the strung buds for Tamil women who adorn their whisker with these ill flowers. Having a stratagem in front of the schul assures that I have many customers to realize my oleander, lotus, andchrysanthemums to adorn the deities. As it is Saturday today, I have also brought some uncomfortable lamps with sesame decay-covered wicks, to be purchased by the hearty seeking to appease the planet Saturn. My day starts betimes – around 6:15. I thick up my temporize around 10:30, returning to my council to put out a larger high noon do to excess for my family. It’s then off to the auction; I must be vigilant to get a careful appraisal in out of whack to become a profit – perhaps about 200 rupees per day. It’s not much, but patently think twice than having to take out a loan to buy flowers for tomorrow. Then it’s back to the pen, where I launch stringing in sincere wages in statute to have cubits of pick garlands subject to for transaction the next day.  As darkness falls, the air is almost exhilarating, the buds having opened up in their full repute.
