What would be a good electronic day planner?

I want to know what would be the best electronic day planner, contact holder, something to write notes and reminders in, show me the weather and time, possibly check e-mail, and possibly a phone. I want this device to run by itself, I don't want to sync everything through a computer, like when I have to put a contact in, I don't have to run to a computer and do it, I can just type it in. It also has to be under around 500 dollars. Any ideas?
