Where can I find a very affordable student desk?

Okay, I need a desk for this upcoming school year. It will have a keyboard and a moniter, and I also need to be able to do schoolwork on the desk.
So basically, I need a very inexpensive student desk.

Can anyone tell me where I can find one? I don't want to make one myself, and I don't want to go to a thrift store or anything. I don't mind if it's slightly used or refurbished, but I need a good place to find a good desk.

How can I change the colour of a wooden brown veneer student desk to a white colour?

Some of the veneer on my daughter's brown wood desk has been accidentally peeled off . How can this be repaired? Can we take the opportunity to change it to a white-coloured desk by painting it? If so, what steps need to be taken?

You probably need a special type of paint. Go to a hardware store and ask.

i made a student desk with storages as part of my course and i needed a client i.e a student.

i need to ask him a couple of questions about my desk and get his own opinions on my desk.

What kind of intresting questions could i ask him?

You could ask the student----

1) Do you think there is adequate storage for books and other writing supplies?

2) Do you feel the desk has enough writing space or work space on top for you to spread out and be creative?

3) Do you think the height of the desk is a good work height for you?

4) How often do you ask others to do your homework for you?

5) Do you think I deserve an "A" for this desk?

6) Do you consider it cheating by using others work and claiming as your own?

If you don't like these well ask him if he could build a desk like this himself!
